Who are Women with Impact

Women with Impact are leaders, shaping the world with their resilience, innovation, and determination. They lead industries, organisations, teams, families and communities. They are breaking fixed mindsets and driving change. Their intellect, compassion and courage inspire generations. Through leadership, expertise, and empathy, they create a legacy, making a profound impact on everyone around them.

We develop Women with Impact

The women we work with already have impact. Sometimes it gets lost or hidden in the layers of responsibility, roles, jobs, relationships and overwhelm that can occur for many. We help peel back these layers, so we find the Woman with Impact underneath.

The Women with Impact Program

This program is designed to support women who are preparing to move to senior and/or executive leadership roles by providing a professional and personal transformation learning experience that elevates their impact.

Many women at this level say that they experience:

A lack of confidence
Overwhelm
Fatigue
Imposter syndrome
Confusion about how to develop their career

A lack of support from their network
Limited opportunities for senior roles that can work with life’s other responsibilities

The Challenge

Women who are developing their careers and dealing with other life priorities are often the most stressed of all workers. In a study conducted by Deloitte, of over 5000 women across ten countries it was found that there is widespread burnout due to increasing stress levels. Women at the mid and senior level in their careers are contributing significantly to the “great resignation.” Despite organisation’s preparedness to support flexibility, it is not really an option for many women at this level. Hybrid working continues to present significant challenges given the risk of exclusion for those that are not physically present. Harassment and microaggressions are increasing and often go unreported. Barriers to the executive level are real. The imposter lurks within all of us. There is no doubt that women are facing more challenges with limited reprieve in sight.

The Women with Impact Program supports women to develop their ability to lead with Impact

The Women with Impact Program was designed specifically for women who are looking to have a greater level of impact across all aspects of their life. We help women to connect with their authentic selves, be fully self-expressed and lead extraordinary lives.

The Women with Impact Program includes five key modules, offered in half days with an individual diagnostic profile, group mentoring and coaching to support the learning.

Identifying your personal brand and what represents you. Increase self-awareness and identify what enhances your impact.
Elevate Your Leadership Presence
Recasting yourself in the production of life. Dealing with change after a significant life event or through the pursuit of a new career.
Building a Network for Impact
Strategic networking strategies that increase your impact and community within and outside of your organisation.
Presenting with Impact
Enhance your ability to convey any message to various stakeholders with conviction and confidence.
From Setbacks to Comebacks
Self-care, maintaining energy and being clear on where you are headed, even if you are dealing with adversity and a lack of support.

Coaching and Group Mentoring

Participants are offered a 1:1 one-hour coaching session along with two virtual Group mentoring sessions throughout the program.  These sessions are designed as “Ask Me Anything” sessions.  Participants are invited to bring along any questions or issues they would like to explore with Rita and other participants.

If you complete the Women with Impact Program, you automatically join the Women with Impact community. However, you can join the community without completing the program and access coaching and group mentoring, along with access to a group of extraordinary women.
