- Communicate openly. Share your reasoning. Admit when you don’t have all the answers. People trust leaders who are real, not those who pretend to be infallible.
- Be consistent. Authenticity isn’t a one-time performance – it’s about showing up, day after day, as the leader your team has come to know and trust.
