• Know yourself. What are your strengths? What energizes you? What do you stand for? Self-awareness is the foundation of authentic leadership. 

• Accept yourself. No one leads exactly like you, and that’s your greatest strength. Instead of concealing what makes you unique, lean into it. 

• Communicate openly. Share your reasoning. Admit when you don’t have all the answers. People trust leaders who are real, not those who pretend to be infallible. 

• Be consistent. Authenticity isn’t a one-time performance – it’s about showing up, day after day, as the leader your team has come to know and trust.
