I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and teams to elevate their performance, so they can feel a greater level of fulfilment. When we can define and achieve this level of fulfilment, everything works better.

 

What got me here?

I have led teams and held c-suite roles in Human Resources in a variety of industries including technology, health, financial services, and higher education. I also serve on the Board of a public hospital.

I work with leaders in developing high performing and healthy team cultures. My work with organisations helps them to develop a culture that delivers an optimal experience for their teams and their customers. I am an author, speaker, facilitator and executive coach and my focus areas are team and individual performance, leadership development and better ways of working.

I help people to live better, work smarter and be authentic. It takes less energy to be yourself, and it builds trust which is at the heart of all relationships.

I work with individuals to help them elevate their performance. By applying the same principles that are used in Strategic planning, I assist you to identify your end point, or your north star and help you to work out how you will get there and what you need to consider along the way. In this process you identify your vision (end point), your purpose (why) your goals (how) and the deliverables (when). I am accredited in a range of diagnostic tools and have many years of experience interpreting and providing feedback on psychometric tools and assessments. My coaching style incorporates a blend of coaching and mentoring.

I love working with a team to help it elevate it’s performance. Teams are complex and dynamic, which is why working out what needs to change to help the team perform can be hard but a rewarding challenge. I help teams to improve their communication, trust and develop a better sense of what the team is there to do and how it will know it has achieved it.

As a Non-Executive Director I have a solid understanding of what Boards look for in People and Culture strategies and the level of assurance they need around culture, diversity, remuneration and strategy . I work with HR Leaders, Chairs of Remuneration and People & Culture sub committees of Boards to ensure the business strategy is integrated and aligned with the People and Culture Strategy. I also work with Boards that are seeking to improve and enhance their ways of working for increased performance and effectiveness.
